Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Center Head (GCC – Technical) to lead our Global Capability Center (GCC) . This role requires deep expertise in modern healthcare technology ecosystems, digital health platforms, and GCC leadership.
The candidate will drive large-scale engineering, product delivery, and innovation initiatives across personalized health platform, which integrates healthcare navigation, wellbeing, and benefits administration powered by AI, analytics, and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the Global Capability Center (GCC) supporting Personify Health’s digital platform and global operations.
- Own end-to-end technology delivery across platform engineering, product development, and healthcare solutions.
- Drive modern platform architecture including microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native development.
- Oversee implementation of AI/ML-driven healthcare solutions, including predictive analytics, personalization engines, and data platforms.
- Enable real-time engagement systems leveraging stream processing (Kafka) and scalable distributed systems.
- Ensure robust platform engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization using Docker & Kubernetes on cloud platforms (AWS).
- Manage development of web and mobile applications (Angular/micro-frontends, Android – Kotlin, iOS – Swift).
- Oversee integration with third-party healthcare systems, wearable devices, and health data providers.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and global healthcare data privacy standards.
- Build high-performing engineering teams across product, platform, data science, and DevOps functions.
- Partner with global stakeholders, product teams, and business leaders to drive innovation and outcomes.
Technology Landscape (Preferred Expertise):
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to:
- Architecture: Microservices, micro-frontends, API gateways (Node.js), distributed systems
- Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Kotlin-based services
- Frontend: Angular / modern JS frameworks
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Data & AI: Predictive analytics, data engineering, AI/ML platforms, personalization engines (PercyIQ-like ecosystems)
- Streaming & Integration: Kafka, event-driven architecture
- Mobile: Native Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift)
- Healthcare Tech: TPA systems, claims processing, care navigation, wellbeing platforms
- Security & Compliance: HIPAA, GDPR, secure data architecture
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15–20 years of experience with strong leadership in GCC / captive center environments
- Proven experience in building and scaling large engineering teams (100+ members preferred)
- Deep experience in Healthcare technology platforms, TPA ecosystems, or health-tech SaaS products
- Exposure to AI-driven digital health platforms and data-driven personalization solutions
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture and enterprise platform engineering
- Excellent stakeholder management across global teams (US/Europe)
- Strong business acumen with ownership of delivery, cost, and quality
